Free Lessons
This is a free multi-lesson video lecture that gives a bird's eye view of Ayurveda with some details as to how it interfaces with Hatha Yoga/Jyotish. It is based on a talk I have given to groups to introduce people to some details of how to apply Ayurvedic basics while avoiding some of the common pitfalls and erroneous information that is everywhere in regards to these subjects. It will also give you an idea of my approach and the rest of our course site to help you decide if you want to partake in the project. Click here for access.
When you make a donation to the project you are sustaining a valuable resource for yourself and others. One-to-One
I am available for one-on-one and small group work both live in the San Francisco Bay Area and over the interent. My focus is mainly on a thorough grounding in the basics ( which is the most imporant aspect of any practice) and I strongly enocourage people to seek out true masters of these subjects if they want more in-depth work.
